Starting work together
How proposals, pricing and starts actually work.
Discovery typically starts within two weeks of a signed proposal. For urgent assessments we
hold a small reserve of capacity for starts inside five business days.
Fixed price for well-defined scopes, capped time and materials for discovery, and monthly
retained teams for continuous delivery. Every proposal lists the assumptions behind the
number so you can challenge them.
Changes are documented in a short change note covering cost, timeline and risk. Nothing is
delivered or invoiced without your written approval.
Blended teams are our default. We join your ceremonies, work in your backlog and pair with
your engineers so capability stays with you after handover.
Delivery
How the work runs
Cadence, quality and reporting during a programme.
Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each, a weekly written status note, and a monthly
steering review covering scope, risk, spend and benefits.
Automated tests, peer review on every change, accessibility checks on user-facing work and a
security review before any production release.
Handover includes documentation, runbooks and training. You can then self-manage, or move to
a managed service with named engineers, SLAs and monthly service reviews.

The questions our clients’ legal and security reviewers ask first.
Access follows least privilege, is reviewed quarterly and every environment is logged.
Personal data is processed under a data processing agreement and used only for the
engagement.
You do. IP in custom deliverables transfers on final payment, and we hand over source code,
infrastructure definitions and documentation.
We are ISO 27001 certified and align operating controls with SOC 2. Certificates, penetration
test summaries and insurance details are available under NDA.
